Shared Instruction Day – Collaborating for Student Success
Time: 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Audience: Shared Instruction Providers and Consumers
Join us for a collaborative, solution-focused day dedicated to strengthening Shared Instruction. This session is geared primarily toward program leaders, unless your program designates a different individual who supports shared instruction.
The morning will anchor us in the original and evolving purpose of shared instruction, with space to hear from across the network about local utilization, emerging needs, and priority areas for change. Through guided discussion and “around-the-horn” sharing, participants will help surface common challenges and opportunities shaping shared instruction today.
Participants will engage in station-based workgroups tackling high-impact focus areas, including:
Clear and consistent AP expectations
Shared instructional expectations, including DBAs
Addressing zeroes with clarity and consistency
Rethinking readiness processes to better support both veteran providers and consumers
