The Wisconsin Digital Learning Collaborative (WDLC) is a statewide collaborative that supports K–12 schools and districts in launching and strengthening online and blended learning through strategic planning, shared resources, and collaboration.
Wisconsin eSchool Network (WEN) serves as WDLC’s implementation partner, providing operational coordination, vendor management, and ongoing member support. Together, WDLC and WEN align vision, governance, and day-to-day execution to expand access to digital learning opportunities in Wisconsin.
1EdTech Consortium: A global, nonprofit education technology community dedicated to building an open, trusted, and innovative digital learning ecosystem. Through our membership, we connect with education leaders and technology partners to share best practices, influence open standards, and accelerate interoperability that improves teaching and learning.
DLAC – the Community Advancing Digital Learning (state affiliate): A national network of digital learning leaders. Our state affiliate connection gives us access to innovative resources, professional learning communities, and insights that help strengthen our support for members.
National Standards for Quality Online Learning: A nationally recognized framework that provides research-based guidance for evaluating and improving online courses, programs, and teaching. By aligning with NSQ, WEN helps ensure that quality benchmarks inform our work and support high standards in digital learning across our member districts.
Quality Matters: A leading nonprofit organization dedicated to quality assurance in online and blended learning. Through this relationship, we access robust research-based standards, professional learning, and continuous improvement resources that help elevate the design and delivery of digital learning for our members.
Virtual Learning Leadership Alliance (VLLA): A collaborative of state virtual school leaders focused on sharing best practices and advancing effective virtual and blended learning. Through this membership, we engage with peers nationwide to exchange insights, strategies, and leadership development that strengthen digital learning programs for our members.
