What do you get when you choose WEN?
Flexible learning programs
Technology is making digital learning possible. Teachers make it personal. Wisconsin eSchool Network’s flexible programs are designed for the digital classroom whether it's fully online or any type of blended learning. A learning management system, course management and registration portal along with digital curriculum gives middle and high school educators the power to create the learning environments that work best for their students. Districts can even tap into our network of licensed teachers to extend their subject area expertise and teaching roster.
You control your classrooms. And when your needs change, your entire program can change with you.
The best learning products
Florida Virtual School, eDynamic Learning, Carone Fitness, Middlebury Foreign Languages, Accelerate Education, Fuel Education, Odysseyware, and so much more. Wisconsin eSchool Network connects instructors to a world of proven and popular 6–12 resources, from over 200 topnotch courses to industry-leading LMS and Course Management and Portal software. Teachers at every skill level have complete control to not only use digital resources available through our partnership but also have the ability but to build, modify, and integrate their own developed content and materials, like audio and video, Google documents, even discussion boards. And no matter how many WEN tools you choose, students and teachers can access it all with one single, simple login.
Best of all, WEN negotiates vendor contracts using combined volume so you don’t have to. Our collective buying power means you get great tools for a much lower price. Once a member, you pay for what you use nothing more, nothing less. Leave the contracts that require buying based on teacher count, student count, user count, prebuys, bulk buys, and multi-year commitments behind.
A Wisconsin’s worth of resources
Wisconsin eSchool Network makes digital learning programs a possibility for school districts of every size. How? By pooling resources. Our members (which include some of the Wisconsin’s smallest school districts and 8 of the state’s 11 largest) share classrooms and course materials to give students the finest digital learning experiences imaginable. Teachers can build their own courses or pick and choose from the network’s best. Districts can share instructors with each other. And schools can teach classes they’d never be able to offer on their own.
When school districts work together, everybody wins.
Three simple ways to save
As a nonprofit digital learning collective, WEN’s not here to turn a profit. Our only goal is to help you succeed in this ever changing fast paced digital environment. That’s why WEN uses the network’s collective buying power and shared resources to save school districts up to 60% each year. And why we offer three different membership levels: supplementary (via WDLC partnership), affiliate and invested. Each one provides districts with a range of tools, technology and support, so you only pay for the resources you want to use. And as your needs change, so can your plan.
